That on ordinance relatinf to end further regulating the business of sellinr at retail whiskey, wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and providing penalties for violation thereof, which was adopted by the Pc erd of Commissioners on the 23rd day of Onril, 1936, and afterwards on the 25th day of April, 1936, emended by adding Section lA and revising and re -ordaining sections 1, 2 end 3 thereof. That Section 2 of said ordinnnee be emended, revised and re -ordained and shall read as follows: "Section 2. It shall be unlawful at ell Places within the City of Peducah selling beer and llr_ht wines and not selling I intoxic"ting liquor to screen the doors and windows, or to in any Iwise obstruct the view into such placers ,^torn the outside, end no i booths within such places of business; shall be mrrtnlned, screenn_d ' or corcenled by doors, shutters, pnrtitions or any other device Ir so Constructed as to prevent in nny way the unobstructed view n .r to such p1nce3 or tcoths. J SECTION 2. All ordinnnees end nmendrd ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. OECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, and shall apply to all licenses for the sale of beer and light wines issued from and after June, 30, 1937.
