SECTION 1.
That Section 1 of an ordinance entitled, "API ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE SALE OF BEER AND LIGHT WINES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KLRi1ICKY, A;:D PROVIDING A LICENSE THEREI'OR, AND PROVILING FOR
REVOCATION OF 3UC7' LICENSE UNDIR CERTAIN CONDITIONS, AND PROVIDING
PEt7ALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted by the noerd of
Commissioners of the City of Paducah, on the 17th dey of ,lune, 1935,.

so that said action as so amended and re -ordained shell reed as
follows:
I "Section 1. 'Every person, firm or corporation desiring to
dispense or sell at retail beer end light wines within the city of
Feducah, Kentucky, shall make onplicetion to the board of Commiasienj

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shell be in full force end effect from
and after Its adoption, end shell apply to all licenses issued
from end efter the 30th day of Tune, 1937.
