That Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDIN".NCB RhI;TING TO ANL' REGULATING THE GRANTING OF LICENSEd FOR SELLING, DI3PEN3INC, 'SANUFACTPPING AND DEALING IN INTOXICATING ALCOHOLIC LIY,UORJ III?DER T17 PROVISIONS OF 'THE KENTUCKY ALCOHOLIC CONTROL ACT' OF 1934 AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION T'_REOF", which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah on the 2nd day of April, 1934, be amended and re -ordained so that ssid section of said ordinance rs so amended end re -ordain shall read as follows: ";rection 5. The license fees required to he paid here- under shall be as follows: "For the privilege of selling spirituous, vinous end melt liquors by the drink or to be drunk on the premises, including beer, the annual license fee shall be Five Hundred (;;;500.00) =ollars.
