BE IT RESOLVED BY TIS BOARD OF COTMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY CF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The Burd of Commissioners having heretofore
requested the City Planning and Zoning Commission to authorize
the opening of Monroe Street from 29th to 30th Street, inclusive,
in the City of Paducah, and said City Plenning end Zoning
Commission having heretofore approved said renuist, and approved
a plan and drawing showing the outline, location, and dimension
of said street so to be opened and extended, and it eppearing
that said street Is needed, end in order to obtain and procure
said right-of-way for the purpose of opening said street it is
necessary that the property over end through which said street
shell extend shall be condemned or procured from the owners,
end said land end right-of-way being needed end necessery for
such purposes, the same is hereby ordered condemned for such
public purpose; and the Corporation Counsel is hereby directed
forthwith to institute all necessary proceedings for the condemnation
end ecquisition of sold property for such right-of-roy for the
extension and opening of Monroe Street from 29th Street to
30th Street, inclusive, in the City of Paducah.
