SECTION 1.
That an ordinance entitled, "AIS ORDINANCE AUTHORIZINC

1 TEL RECOVERY OF TAXES ON OLIITTED PROPERTY", which was adopted by
z Board of Commissioners on NOVCmber 9, 1936, be and the same is
^eby repealed, and the employment of the said Albert Karnes under
I pursuant to said ordinance is terminated as of this date; but the
amination of said contract and repeal of said ordinance shall not
7ect the right of the said Albert Karnes to compensation upon any
-ms or taxable property involved in action or proceedings commenced
by him prior to this date.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
and after its a.oatlon.
