HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 9, Page 1076, No Ordinance NumberPage 1076 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING FOUNTAIN AVENUE FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION AT JEFFERSON STREET TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE INTERSECT ON OF PARK AVEV UE TO BF A BOULEVARD, AND REGULATING THE SMAE, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Fountain Avenue within the City of Paducah from the Borth side of the intersection tt Jefferson Street Northwardly to the south side of the street line or intersection of Park avenue is hereby declared to be a boulevard, and all vehicles of every kind approaching said boulevard at the intersection of same shall come to a full stop before pro- ceeding to enter or cross said street or boulevard. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five (85.00) Dollars nor more than Twenty ($20.00) Dollars for each violation thereof.
