AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTION 2 OF AN
ORDINANCE ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE TO FURTHER REGULATE THE PARKING
OF VEHICLES ON BROADWAY STREET BETI'JEEN SECOND STREET AND SEVENTH
STREET AND ON THIRD, FOURTH AND FIFTH STRLETS IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE ifIOLATION
THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF CO.JIMISSIONERS ON
THE 22ND DAY OF MAY, 1933.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COLI1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKYL
SECTION 1.
That Section 2 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE TO
FURTHER REGULATE THE PARKING OI VEHICLES ON BROADWAY STREET
BETWEEN SECOND STREET AND SEVENTH STREET AND ON THIRD, FOURTH
AND FIFTH STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted by the
Board of Commissioners on the 22nd, day of May, 1933, be and
the same is hereby amended and reorda_ned so as amended and re -
ordained the same shall read as follows, to -wit:
"Section 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation
violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than One (81.00) Dollar nor more than Twenty-five ($25.00)
Dollars, and each time any vehicle is parked within any one block
for more than one (1) hour during the time prohibited in Section 1
hereof shall be construed to be a separate offense."
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
