AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, "AN
(ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND FURTHER REGULATING THE BUSINESS OF SELL
AT RETAIL WHISKY, WINE, BEER AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF",
WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMM-ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH ON THE 23RD DAY OF APRIL, 1936, BY ADDING THERETO A
SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 1-A.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: BOARD OF COI&MISSIONERS OF THE
ITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
FURTHER REGULATING THE BUSINESS OF SELLING AT RETAIL WHISKY,
IE, BEER AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
iVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted by
Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah on the 23rd day
April, 1936, be, and the same is hereby amended, by adding
reto a Section to be known as Section 1-A, and which Section is

"Section 1-A. Retail Drug Stores which sell alcoholic
uor in unbroken packages, and not to be drunk on the premises,

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
