and reenacting and substituting in lieu thereof .Sections 18 and 42, hereinafter
set forth.

SECTION 1.
That Sections 18 and 42 respectively of an ordinance, entitl d,

Sections 18 and 42 the following: Section 18- Vehicles traveling in a lavyful
manner unon the following streets shall have the right-of-way over vehicles ap-
nroaching from intersecting streets: On Broadway Street from 1st Street p

the city limits; 3rd Street from the South line of its intersection with
Kentucky Avenue to Broad Street; Jefferson Street from lst Street to thet�`est
line of 18th Street, or 18th Street extended; Kentucky Avenue from 1st Sheet
to the Fast line of barrel Bldv, (10th Street); i;urrel Blvd. from the Sough .
line of 9roadway Street to and including Tennessee Street; 13th Street frim
the North line of Jefferson Street to and including Willett Street. Upon ap-
proaching any of the above named streets, it shall be unlawful for the opera-
tors of any vehicles to fail to bring said vehicle to a complete stop at the

line of the Boulevards as herein established; provided, however, that whe the

SECTION 42. Any person violating or failin to

of the nrovisions of this ordinance, (or any rule or regulation of the po ice
denartment adopted pursuant hereto) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be punished by fine of not less than $p5.00 nor more than)

days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
