A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEPIENT OF PALMER STREP:T,
FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE. OF LIZZIE STREET TO THE '.'.'EST CURB LINE OF VILL
STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADJCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE GRADING ANI GRAVELING} OF
SAME, TOGETHER '.",ITH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND
SEWER PIPE CONNECTIONS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF TIME ABUTTING PPOPERTY
OWNERS, AND PROVIDING, THAT THE COST OF SQLH CONSTRUCTION A1i;Y BE PAID IN
ACCORDtiNCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
VJHERE'j.S it is desired by the property owners, and is deemed
and hereby declared to be a necessity, that the streets described in the
caption, and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be
improved by the grading and graveling of same, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe connectd)ons; NO!,'!, THERtFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENER1,L COUNCIL OF THE CITY

SEC`CLOId 1. -
That Palmer Street, from the east property line of Lizzie
Street to. the west curb line of Mill Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be improved by the ',grading and graveling of same, together with all necessary
manhrles, intakes, catch.basins and sewer pipe connections, in accordance
with the plans and specifications provided therefor by the City Engineer,
at the cost of the abutting property owners, and providing that the cost
of such constructions may be paid in accordance with the provisions of thl
ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordi

SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
