The Contractor awarded the contract for the ic:iprovement hareir
provided for shall be 1,aid in accordance with the terms and pro-
visions of Sections 3096, 3100, 3101 and 3102 of the Kentucky ntatuY

SEUTION 5.
The payor of said pity is hereby authorized and directad to
execute contract and accept bond required to be executed by the con-
tractor awarded the contract for such improvement.
SECTION 6.
Bids shall be received for the imprcveHa nt herein rrovided
for, in accordance .ith the plans and specifications made and
provided therefor by the City EnFinear, and the contract therefor
�i shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, exgept the right is
a
expressly reserved to reject any and all bids within the discretion
of the General Council, and zM General Council may accept any bid

� which a'pp;ars to be for the best interest of said City.
SECTION 7.
The Board of rublic Korks is hereby authorized and directe

to advertise for bids for the construction of said improvements,
and to ma!ie report of fame to the Gen.ral Council, toaethar with
its recommendation for the acce_ctance oiAsops' of the rejection
of all of same.
2ECTIGN 8.
This ordinance shall take affect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
