A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IY.PROVEI`ENT OF "A" STREET,
FROM THE NORTH CURB LINT? OF GUTHRIE AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 462 FEET, TO THE
NORTH LINE OF WHEELER ADDITION; "B" STREET, FROM THE SOUTH CURB
LINE OF GU'^HRIE AVENUE TO THE NORTH CURB LINE OF 21ST STREET; "C" STREET,
FROY. THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF GUTHRIE AVENUE TO THE NORTH CURB LINE OF
CRHEELER AVENUE; TV.iENTY-FIRST STREET, FROM THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF JACKFOI,I
STREET TO THE '"'EST CURB LINE OF THE I.'AYFIELD ROAD; TUENTIEril. STREET, FROIl
THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF ADAI,IS STREET TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF JACKSON
STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE GRADINTG AND GRAVELING OF
SAME, TOGETHER !'WITH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND
SETTER PIPE COIiNECTIONS, IN ACCORDANCE !'.ITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE CITY EIIGINEER, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY
OTNERS, AND PROVIDING THAT THE COST OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION DRAY BE PAID IN
ACCORDANCE "ITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAYD'iENT PLAIT.
!:WHEREAS it is desired by the property owners, and is deemed
and hereby declared to be a necessity, that the streets described in the
caption, and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be
improved by the grading and graveling; of same, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe connections; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That "A" Street from the north curb line of Guthrie Avenue,
apnroximately 462 feet to the North p.rc:pe_lty line of' the VT'heeler Addition;;
"B" Street, from the south curb line of Guthrie A-enue to the north curb
line of 21st Street; "C" Street, from the south curb line of Guthrie
Avenue to •the north curb line of 1,11heeler Avenue; Twenty-first Street,
from the south curb line of Jackson Street to the west curb line of the
Pcayfield Road; Twentieth Street, from the south curb line of Adams Stree'
to tie north property line of Jackson Street, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of same, together with
all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe connections,
in accordance with the plans and specifications providdd therefor by the
City Engineer, at the cost of the abutting property owners, and providing
that the cost of such construction may be paid in accordance with the
provisions of the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
pursuant to t}is resolution for the improvement hereinabove named
NO. 873.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force fron: and
after its passage, apnrowel and publication.
