CURB LINE OF THE HINKLRVILLE ROI.D, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
BY THE GRADING AND GRAVELING OF SAYE, TOGETHER 7.:ITH ALL NECESSARY
MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SE!P'ER PIPE CONNECTIONS, IN
ACCORDANCE !:'ITP TIIE PLj+NS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED THEREFOR BY
THE CITY ENGIN}ER, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 0"VNERS, AND
PROVIDING THAT TEF COST OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION MAY BE PAID IN ACCORD-
ANCE 17ITI1 THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners, and is
deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity, that the streets de-
scribed in the caption, and hereinafter described, in the City of
;i Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling; of same,
together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer
I pipe connections; N0111; THEREFORE,
t BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERiL COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KEB'TUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That North Street, from the north curb line of 12th.
Street to the south curb line of 11th Street; Eleventh Street, from

the east curb line of North Street to the east curb line of Palm Street; i I
Palm Street, from the south curb line of 10th Street.to the north
curb line of 12th Street; Twenty-first street, from'the north curb
line of Monroe Street to the south curb line of the Hinkleville Road,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and

graveling of same, together with all necessary manholes, intakes,
catch basins and sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans
and specifications provided therefor by the City Engine,, at the cost
of the abutting property owners, and providing that the cost of such
construction may he paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten
I year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instflucted to bring in an
ordinance pursuant to this resolution for the improvement hereinabove)
named.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, apnrovel and publications.
