PLANS AND SPECIFICATION PROVILED THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AT
THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 07.'NERS, AND PROVIDING THI.T THE COST
OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION MAY BE PAID UNDER THE; PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR
PAvP,`ENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, it is deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity
(that the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described,
located in the City of Paducah, be improved by the construction of
iconcrete sidewalks, and all necessary curbs and gutters and drainage
tconnections, as shown on plans; NOT, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY::.;.
SECTION 1.
That both sides of Ashcraft Avenue, from the south

Street be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks, together;
with all necessary manholes, intakes, drain pipes, driveways and sejkr(

.on the north side of Kentucky Avenue, from the west
property line of 12th Street to the east curb line of 15th Street be
improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks and gutters, and
curbs of either concrete or granite, together with all necessary

manholes, intakes, drain pipes, driveways and sewer connections; on the
south side of Kentucky Avenue, from the east property line of 12th Street,
if extended, to the west curb line of 15th Street, if extended, be improved
by the construction of curbs and gutters of either concrete or granite, together
.with all necessary manholes, intakes, drain pipes, driveways and sewer
connections; on the west side of 21st Street from the south property line
of Kentucky Avenue to the north curb line of Clark Ftreet, be improved bye

the construction of concrete sidewalks and gutters, and curbs of either
concrete or granite, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, drain
pipes, driveways and sewer connections; on the north side of Monroe Street,
from the west curb line of 21st Street to the east curb line of 22nd
Street be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks and gutters,
and curbs of either concrete or granite, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, drain pipes, driveways and sewer connections; in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, in accordance with the plans and specifications
provided therefor by the City Engineer, at the cost of the abutting property
owners, end providing that such costs may be paid in accordance with the
provisions of the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.

The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance for
the improvement of said streets, as herein provided.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
