of Tennessee Street to the north curb line of Norton Street, except the

the plans and specifications provided therefor by the City Engineer

SECTION 2.

The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance with the provisions of this resolution for the construe;-
tion
onstructtion of said improvements.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publicatiosa.�
