A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IV PPOVEVENT OF SOUTH SIXTH
STREET FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF TENNESSEE STREET TO Tnh NORTH
PROPERTY LINE; OF CLARK STREET, IN THE.CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A HARD SUPFACE; ROADWAY, TOGETHER 71TH ! LL NECESSARY UANHOLKS,
INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SErER PIPE CONNECTIONS, IN ACCORDANCE 71TH PLIES
AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED THRREFOP BY THE; CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF
THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 0"'NERS AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH COSTS MAY BE PAID
UNDER THF PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAYbENT PLAY.
1I[HEREAS it is deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity that
the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described, located
in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a
hard surface roadway, together with all drainage connections, NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERaL COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF

PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That South Sixth Street from the south property line of Tennessee
Street to the north property line of Clark Street, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a hard surface roadway, to-
gether with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe
connections, in accordanr•e with the plans and specifications provided
therefor by the City Engineer of said City, at the cost of the abutting
property owners, and providing that the cost of such construction may be
paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance herewith for the improvement aforesaid.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, anoroval and publicatinn.
