owners, and providing that the cost of such construction may be paid
under the provisions of the ten ,year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
herewith for the improvement aforesaid.
SECTION 3.
This resol-dtion shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication.

Street to the west property line of Ninth Street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a hard surface
roadway, in accordance with the plans and specifications provided by
the City Engineer. of said City, at the cost of the abutting: property
owners, and providing that the cost of such construction may be paid
under the provisions of the ten ,year payment plan.
