ABUTTING PROPERTY O:YNERS AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH COSTS MAY BE PAID UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAY—VENT PLAN,
1'.IHERFAS it is deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity that
the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described, located
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a
hard surface roadway, together with all drainage connections; NO'.`.`, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Pi' DIICAII, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That ;Forth Fourth Street from the south pr(,perty line of
Madison Street to the north Property line of Clay Street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a hard surface road-

way, together with all necessary manholes, catch basins, intakes and sewer
pipe connections, in accordance with the plans and specifications provided
therefor by the City Engineer of said City, at the cost of the abutting
property owners, and providing that the cost of such construction may be
paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten year pavment plan.
SECTION 2,
The City- Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance herewith for the improvement aforesaid.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
