SECTION 1. AN 1
That the owners of all improvements on real estate located
in sewer zones one and three, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, ohd
I; in all other sewer zones of said City, shall :.,ithin twenty-four 0
months from the time of completion of said sanitary sewer in said fo

I zone, connect said improvements to the sanitary sewer in said Zone;
and each improvement upon real estate hereafter made shall before sam

is occupied be connected with the sanitary sewer in the zone where
said improvement is located.

be ma,ie in the manner prescribed by the ordinances of the City of
P&dncah, which are now in force, or in accordance with any ordinances
which may hereafter be er.acted prior to the making of any connectlon.j
SECTIOI: 3.
Any person, firm or corporation violating; the provisions
hereof; shall be deemed Guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
shall be fined not less than -Ten (�10)Dollars and not more than
Twenty Five (,?25) Dollars for each offense; and each day of such
offense shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 4.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here,xi
are hereby repealed and held for naught.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
