A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE DEDIC9TION OF SOUTH SIXTEENTH
STREET EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH P'�OPERTY L.LNE OF BROAD,C'AY STREET TO THE;
NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF KENTUCKY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the pity of Paducah is the owner of the hereinafter
described property and it is now desired that same be dedicated for street
purposes; NOI7, THEREFORE,
BE: IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCITL OF' THE: CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That said lot or parcel of ground particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
"Beginning at a point in the South line of
Broadway Street 384; feet West of the corporation
line of Paducah as existing in 1868, and running, thence
in a P.esterly direction with the South side of Broadway
72 feet, more or less; thence at right angles and in a
Southerly direction to the North property line of
Kentucky Avenue as now extended; thence at right angles
and with said line of Kentucky Avenue in an Easterly
direction 72 feet,, more or less; thence at right angles
and in a Northerly direction to the beginning point on
Broadway,"
be and the same is hereby set apart and dedicated as a public street forever.
SECTION 11.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
its passage, approval and publication.
