'LCTION 1.
That Jackson Street from the east line of the '..'hittemore
Addition to the east line of 25th Street, and from the :rest curb line of
Guthrie r -.venue to the nest property line of 213t Street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of same,
together lith all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe
connections, in accordance r:ith plans and specifications provided therefor
by the City nineer, which will appear on file in the office of the City
Enrineer, an,I are now referred to Lind made part hereof as if specifically
i
set forth herein.
SECTION 2.

Said construction shall be made under the direction and
supervision of the City Engineer and the Board of Public "forks of said

City, and shall commence at the time desi7�zated by contract'for.the=per-
formance thereof -Ind be completed on or before December 10, 1926.
SECTION 3.
The cost of such construction s' -all be paid. for wholly
by the property o'aners fronting or abetting thereon to be apportioned tc
and assessed against the property and property ot':ners abutting thereon,
accordin) to the number of abutting feet, except that portion t`o'pe paid
by the City of Paducah as required by
SECTION 4.

herein provi„ed for shall be paid in accordance with the terms and provi-
sions of Sections 3096, 3100, 3101 -tnd 3102 of the Kentucky Statutes.
SECTION 5.

reserved to reject any and all bids :vithin the discretion of the
=encral Council, ani said General Council may accent an- bid which
�,mp ars to be for the best interest of said City.

I' The Board of Public ,orks is hereby authorized and directe
to advertise for bids for the construction of said ireprovenients, anti
to make renort of same to the General Council, together with its

recormnendation for the acceptance of any of r—i.o or the rejection of
all of same.
