Thnt 24th Street from the north property line of Jefferson Street to the south pronerty line of Monroe Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of concrete gutters, and curbs either of concrete or ,zranite, according to the bid accepted, together 'nith ill necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the nlans and specifications provided therefor by the City Engineer, and which plans and specifications will appear on file in i the office of said engineer, anti are now referred to and made part hereof as if specifically set forth herein. S;CTION 2. Said constriction shall be made under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer and Board of Public 'corks of said City, and shall commence at the time designated by contract for the performance thereof and b81comnletbd"ron or before December 1, 1920. SECTION 3. The cost of such construction shall be paidfor wholly by the property owners fronting or abutting thereon, to be apportioned tc and assessed against the property and the property owners abutting therec according to the number of abuttinm feet thereon, except that portion to be paid by the Gity of Paducuh as required by law, SEC'T'ION 4.
