1,1MEREAS it is deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity
that the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described,
in the City of Paducah, 'Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a -
hard surface road -way, tor_,ether with all drainage connections, NO':1,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GEiIERAL COUNCIL OF THi; CITY OF PADUCAII,�

SECTION 1.
Thst :iashing;ton Street from the east property line of 7th
Street to the east property line of 6th Street, 6th Street from the sout
property line of ':'lashington to the nort:i property line of Clark Street,
in the City of Pa,lucah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a
hard surface road -way, together c;ith all necessary man holes, intakes,
catch basins and sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans an
specifications provided therefor by the City Engineer, at, the cost of th�
abuttir:g property owners and the County of L'eCracken, the said County of
L4cCraclren having agreed to appropriate its portj,on of said cost, and pro-
viding that the cost of such construction assessable against the propert
owners may be paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten year
payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring; in an ordinanc
pursuant to this resolution for the improvement hereinabove mentioned.
SdCTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
