That Goxey Street from the 'Nest property line of Lincoln Street to the East property line of Chicago, St. Louis and New Orleans Railroad Company, and Twenty-fourth Street from the 1•:orth property line of the Hinkleville Road to the South property line of Mildred Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of same, together with all necessary man -holes, intakes, catch basins nd sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans and specifications provided therefor by the City Engineer, at the cost of the abutting pro downers, and providing that the cost of such construction may be paid in accordance with therovisions o£ the ten p year payment plan. � SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance pursuant to this resolution for the improvement hereinabove named. SECTION 3.
