A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMWIT OP CLAY STREET
FROM THE ,BEST PROPERTY LINE OF 9TI1 STREET TO Tt1M '.PEST PROPERTY LINT;
OF 10TH STREET; 10TII STREET FROM TILE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF CLAY
STREET TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OP TRIMBLE' STREET, IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HARD SURFACE ROAD ;(AY,
TOGETHER !'IITH ALL NECESS11RY ISAN-HOLES, INTAKES, CATCIi BASINS , ND SE17
PIPE CONNECTIONS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINE;R, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING
PROPERTY OWNERS, AND PROVIDING THAT THE COST OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION

P7HEREAS, it is deemed and hereby declared to be w necessit
that the streets described in the caption, -nd hereinafter described
in the City of Paducah Kentucky, be improved b the
i Y, P y e construction of
a hard surface road -way, together with all necessary drainage
connections; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KE:TTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Clay Street from the hest property line of 9th
Street to the west property line of 10th Street; and 10th Street
from the north property line of Clay Street to the north property

line of Trimble Street, be improved by the construction of a hard
surface road -way, together with all necessary man -holes, intakes,
catch basins, sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans
ji and speci.fichtions provided therefor by the City Engineer, at the
ii cost of the abutting property owners, and providing that the cost of
such construction may be paid in accordance with the provisions of
the ten ,year payment plan,
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
pursuant to this resolution for the improvement hereinabove mentioned.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval «nd publication.
