KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That 22nd Street from the South property lire of Kentucky Avenue to the North property line of.Clark Street, in the City of Paduca , Kentucky, be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks and gutters, and curbs either of concrete or granite, according to bid accepted, together with all necessary man -holes, intakes, catch basins, sewer pipe i connections and drive -ways, in accordance with the plans and specifications provided therefor by the City Engineer, at the cost of the abutting property owners, and providing that the cost of such construction may be paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten year payment plan. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in _n Ordinance pursuant to this resolution for the improvement hereinabove mentioned. SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from an after its nassage, anproval and publication.
