NO. 666.
SECTION a.
The contractor awarded the contract for the improvement
herein provided for, shall be paid in accordance with the terms and pro-
visions of Sections 3096, 3100, 3101 and 3102 of the Kentucky Stutut'ea.
SECTION 5.
The Mayor of said City 1,s horoby authorized and directed
to execute contract and accep-"1b ld required to be executed by the
contractor awarded the contract for such construction.

Bids shall he_ received for the improvement heroin provided
for-, in accordance r:ith the plans and specifications made and provided '
thdrefor by the City Epglneer, and the contract therefor shall be awarded
to the lowest i a d best bidder, except the right is reserved to reject
d any and all bids within the discretion of the General Council, and it may
accept any bid which appears to be for the best interest of said City.
SECTION 7.
The Board of Public ;7orks is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise for bids for the construction of suid improvement, and to
make report of same to the General Council, together with its recommendation

for the acceptance of any of said bida, or the rejection of all of same.
