BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THF GENKRnL COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF PADUCARY
SECTION 1.
That the follo,rling named streets, and portions of street:,,
located in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, to -wit:
"On both sides of 12th Street from the west property
line of Ellis Street, except that Portion of abouti.80 lineal
feet which has heretofore been constructed, to the east curb
line of Palm Street,
On the south side of 12th Street from the east curb
line of Salem Avenue to the east curb line of Palm ,Street.
On both sides of Haripton Street from the south property
line of 12th Street to the north property line of 13th Street.
On both sides of Salem Avenue from the south property
line of 12th Street to the north property line of 13th_Street.
On the south side of the Hinkleville road from the west
property line of Fouttain Avenue (or 17th Street) to the east
property line of 22nd Street, as extended from the Glenwood
Addition.
Oh both sides of Boyd Street from the south Property
line of Sth Street to the north property line of 10th Street.

intakes, catch basins, sewer pipe connections and driveways, in accordance
with the plans and specifications provided therefor by the city Engineer,

at the cost of the abutting property owners, and providing that such cost
may ne paid in accordance with the provisions of the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance in
accordance with this resolution for the improvement hereinabove mentioned.
NO. 659.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
after its passage, approval and publication.
