A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THts ILIPROVaiENT OF TRIP4RLE.
STREET FROM THE V1j'EST PROPERTY LINE OF 10T11 STREET TO THE EAST PROPERTY
LINE OF 13TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE CONS'FRU-
TION OF A HARD SURI•'ACE ROAD -WAY, CONCRETE GUTTERS aND CURBS OF EITHER
CONCRETE OR GRANITE, TOGETIIER ';LITH ALL NECESSARY ','AN -HOLES, INTAKES,

that the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described,
located in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construc-
tion of a hard surface road -way, and all necessary curbs and gutters
and drainage connections; NO`.':, uHEREFORE,
BE IT RTSOLVED BY THE GENET?rii, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA DUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Trimble 6treet from the hest property line of 10th!
Street to the east property line of 13th Street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a hard surface
road -way, concrete curbs and gutters of either concrete or granite,
together with all necessary man -holes, intakes, catch basins, drive-
ways and sewer connections, in accordance with the plans and snecifi-
cations provided therefor by the City Engineer of said City, at the
cost of the abutting property owners, and providing that the cost of
such construction may be paid for under the provisions A the ten
year payment plan.

SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance herewith for the improvements aforesaid.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage, Npapproval and publication
