CL0.1ENTS STREIsT TO THE PRESI3NT CORPORA' (LIMITS, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HARD SURFACE ROAD -WAY, AND CURBS AND GUTTERS FROM HAYS AVEtNE TO SAID CORPORATE LIMITS, TOGETHER ':'.rITH NECESSARY 1.1AN HOLES, CATCH BASINS AND j�DRAINAGE CONNECTIONS, IN ACCORDANCE '..ITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 0'3NERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH COSTS MAY BE PAID UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAY14ENT PLAN. WHEREAS it is deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity that the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described, located in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the con- struction of a hard surface road-aay, and all necessary curbs and gutters; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. " it SII That Bridge Street from the west property line of Clements �IStreet to the present corporate limits, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of a hard surface road -way, and curbs and gutters from (lays Avenue to said corporate limits, together with ,all necessary intakes, catch basins, drive ways and sewer pipe con- nections and drain pipes, in accordance with the plans and specifica- itions provided therefor by the City Engineer of said City, at the cost of the abutting property owners, and providing fhat the cost of such 11construction may be paid for under the provisions of the ten year pay- ment plan. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinane liin accordance herewith for the improvement aforesaid. II I SECTION 3.
