BE IT ORDAINED BY ME GENE1?i,L COUiICIL OF THE CITY OF PeSDUC.,H, KTNTUCKY: SECTION 1. That there is hereby levied for the ,year 1926, upon taxable property within the City of Paducah, Kentucky, real and personal, an ad -valorem tax of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) pursuant to Section 157 of the 'tate Constitution and Statutes of Kentucky, and Eighty cents pursuant to said Constitution and Statute it of Kentucky, to defray the expenses of maintaining the schools, and 1! .Seventeen cents pursuant to said Constitution and Statutes for the it Purpose of paying the interest on the School Improvements Bond and ! to create a Sinking; Fund for the payment of said bonds at maturity, making a total of Two Dollars and Forty -Seven cents on each One i Hundred Dollars worth of said real and personal property in the City of Paducah Kentucky; Y, and there is also hereby levied a poll tax o$ One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) on each male resident of the City of Paducah over 21 years of alae for the year 1926. SECTION 2. That the rate of taxation for each item of expenditure, as heretofore apportioned and set out by Ordinance, shall be on each! That all revenue derived from licenses or other sources collected and paid to the Treasurer shall be distributed to their re3pec-, tive accounts in the same proportion as the -d-valorem tax, as herein- before 'orovided for, except sources of revenue which have not been con- sidered in making up the apportionment Ordinances, and such revenue shall be credited to the Department through which such source of revenue is collected.
