AND '.,HEREAS Section 10 of said Franchise requires that a Bond

for Five Hundred Dollars be executed to the City of Paducah by the os:ner
and operator of said Electric Light System under said Franchise;
N071 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Bond of the Kentucky
Utilities Gomnany, acted the 23rd day of February, 1926, this clay
presented to the General Council of the City of Paducah, be and the same
is approved,
BE IT FU';TF.ER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the, General Council
