A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUING OI' THE RELIEF SE!:ER 801--'1DS

.DISTRICT NO. 2, IN TH3 CITY OF PADUCjiH, IN THE DENOMINATION OF $1000.00
EACH IN LIEU OF .SUCH BONDS IN 'ME DENOMIN,M ON OF $500.00.
'.HEREAS it is provided by the Ordinance authorizing the sub-
mission to the qualified voters of the City of Paducah to determine the
question r✓nether the City should issue and sell its bonds to the extent of
;;50,000.00 for the purpose of constructing a server to take care of the
over -flow of Sewer District No. 2, in said Citzr, and providing further
that said bonds be issued in the denomination of ;}500.00 each; and,
WHEREAS by resolution of the General Council of said City,
adopted January 27th, 1926, it is ordered thata avid bonds be issued in
said denomination of 1?500.00 each and numbered serially from one to one
hundred inclusive; and,
°7HEREAS it noir appears to be desirable and for the interest of
said City that said bonds be issued in the denomination of 11000.00 each,
and in all other respects as provided in sail Ordinance and Resolution,
and such change being deemed immaterial in so far as it affects the obliga-
tion of said City; NOMI THEREFO E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GEN3RAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAE CAH,
KEPITU CKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah do issue said relief server bonds in thle
sum of $50,000.00, in the denomination of $?1000.00 each, instead of $$500.100
each, and in all other respects as provided and directed by said ordinance
and resolution.
SECTIOI4 2.
This resolution shall be effective from and after its adoptiogt.
