SECTION 1.
That the Citi* of Paducah does hereby accept a certain deed
of dedication dated Larch 1, 1926, from Eloise Bradshaw ITacDOnald and
others, wherein certain strips of ground are conveyed to said Cit, fo:
the purpose of extendinC,; Kentucky Lvenue Between 15th and 19th Street
in s%id City, subject to the terms and conditions therein set forth,
which terms and conditions the City hereby accepts and binds itself
to observe and perform; and the Mayor of said City is hereby autiori:
to execute said deed for and on behalf of said Cit,; of Paducah.
