AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE, ENTITLED, "AN
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CLERK OR STENOGRAPHFR FOR THE JUDGE OF
THF, POLICE COURT OF PADUCAH, AND PROVIDING FOR THE' SALARY THEREOF",
ADOPTED BY THE BORRD OF COMMISSIONERS OF JANUARY 22, 1923:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENEReL COUNCTiL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCxH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
II That an ordinance entitled, "Ari ordinance providing for a
j Clerk or Stenographer for the Judge of the Police Court of Paducah,
Kentucky, and providing for the salary thereof", adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of said City on January 22nd, 1923, be, and
the same is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

January lst, 1926, after its passage, approval and publication:
