A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF AN ALLEY 15

FEET WIDE, EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF HUSBANDS STREET, BETWEEN
itI, 3rd AND 4TH STREETS, IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION, A DISTANCE OF 250 FEETI
WHEREAS the property owners have heretofore opened and

dedicated an alley,15 feet in width, extending from the South line of
Husbands Street between 3rd and 4th Streets, in the City of Paducah,
jthe center line of said alley being the center line of the block, in
a Southerly direction towards George Street, a distance of 250 feet,
" and which alley has been opened and used for more than five years
last past;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
