SHOP BUILDINGS TO BE ERECTED IN PADUCAH, KENTUCiiC:
BE IT RESOLVED by the General Council of the City of
i
Paducah, that the Illinois Central Railroad Company be, and it is hereby'
exempt from the payment of building tax on all of the buildings now being
erected by it in the City of Paducah for new shops and buildings appur-
tenant thereto on the ground roughly described as beginning at Twelfth
Street and extending to Fifteenth Street on Kentucky Avenue; thence
south to Tennessee Street:
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall:
be effective from its passage and approval.
