A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF HEALTH OF TILE CITY OF
�i PADUCAH TO EMPLOY A CLERK nT n SALARY NOT TO E:CCEED $65.00 PER MONTH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAIi,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The Board of Health bf the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is
hereby authorized and empowered to employ a Clerk, to perform such
duties as may be fixed by said Board, at a salary not to exceed $65.00
per month, payable out of the appropriation to City Board of Health.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
