A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COIISTiUCTION OF CONCRETE
SIDE'NALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS, TOGETHER �'IITH ALL NECESSARY MAN"-OLES,
INTAKES, CATCH BASINS, DRIVE";PAYS, AND SE':'iER PIPE CONNECTIONS, ON
BOTH SIDES OF FLOURNOY STREET, FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF 13TH
STREET TO THE YOEST PROPERTY LINE OF 12TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF
P.WCAH, KENTUCKY, IN nCCORDANCE .7ITH TIIE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF PADUCAH, AT THE MST OF
THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS, AND PROVIDING TIiAT SUCH COST MAY BE
PAID FOR UNDER THE 10 YEAR PATIENT PLAN.
INHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners, and is
deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity, that the street 'describ
in the caption, and 'hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks,
curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intakes,
catch basins, driveways and sewer pipe connections; NO17, TIIERf%FO RE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
P;•.DUCAH, KENTUCKY:

Ij SECTION 1.
itThat both sides of Flournoy Street, from the east
P property line of 13th Street to the west property line of 12th Street
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of

concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, together with all necessary
j manholes, intakes, catch basins, driveways and sewer pipe connections
in accordance with the plans and specifications provided therefor

by the City Engineer of said City, at the cost of the abutting properi
owners, and providing that -such cost may be paid for in accordance
with � the provisions of the 10 year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an
ordinance in accordance with the provisions of this resolution for

the construction of said improvements.
SECTION 3.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force'
from its passage, approval and publication.
