9TH STREET, A DISTANCE OF 225 FEET TO 9TH STREET, SAID ALLEY HAVING A
LITH OF IO FEET TO HAVE BEEN DEDICATED, AND HEREBY ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION Th? REOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
KENTUCKY:
SECTION I.
That an alley running from Sanders avenue between 9th and
lOt1i streets, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky and towards Bauchman
street, to the line of P,illard Dean's property, located on the north-
east corner of intersection of 10th and Bachman streets, and running
thence at right angles with said alley over and across another certain
lot belonging to said i`,illard Dean, a distance of 225 feet to 9th
street, said alley having a width of 10 feet, has heretofore been
dedicated for public use by reason of unrestricted use of same by
the public for more than five consecutive years last past; and hereby'

accepting such dedication by the city of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
%his orainance shall take effect and be in force after its
passage, approval and publication.
