SECTION 1. That the Priest,ar Hosiery Mills, be and it is hereby
exempted *rom the _oayment of ad-volorem and license taxes to the City of
Paaacah, ior a period OIL five ,years from the completion of its extension
unit to be erected on the following described lot or parcel of ground,viz:
"Begiiniing at the corner o, the old b,:ilding
on Zenti,cky Avenue aid running thence in an easterly
direction on-entucky Asenue to the east end of the
Priester line and extend -iii.: back for depth aith uniform
l-ridth 173 feet and 3 inches to the south property line. �

and also the machinery, appliances and equipment situated and used in
extension plant, ?T'ovided the -property hereby exempted must be used
entirely ana solely by said Hosiery Bills, for and in the manafactu-ring
business ca,iied on by said Lill; and provided that said Ho•iery laiill
shall keep and maintain the increased payroll represented in its appli-
cation for tax exemption.
SECTION 2. It is hereby expressly declared that no part of I
