BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCi ,
j KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1.
That the tax bills for the City taxes, 1924 against the
City National Bank and First National Bank, Paducah, Kentucky, be
cancelled, and that the City Clerk be directed to execute nein tax
i
bills against each of said banks so as to equalize City taxes against
all of the banks whether owning real estate or not, and to that end
the assessments against said banks shall be based upon 60% of the
total resources of said banks, as shown by their sworn reports, i
subject to a deduction of the assessed value of real estate as fixed)
it
by the Board of Equalization of said City.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from
its passage, approval and publication.
