That on the 15th day of December, 1924, an approximate
estimate shall be made of the amount necessary to pay maturity claims
until the first of January, 1925, and all amounts in excess of actual needs
shall be converted into the General Funds of the City, for the purpose of
taking up obligations of the. City.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
