Be it ordained bythe General Council of the City of Paducah, 1'_entucky: , Section 1. That every person, firm or corporation required by ordinance of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to procure license for the operation of any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle, in said city, shall safely attach and keep on said motor vehiclq, in a conspicuous place so as to beieasly seen from the front thereof, a license tag or plate which shall be furnished by said City td each licensee, upon the pay- ment of such license tax. Said license tags or plates shall be of the same color each ,year, but no two successive years shall bear the same color. Section 2. Any violation hereof shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not less thadi „5.00 nor more than y;25.00 for each offenee. SECTION 3.
