Be it MUM by the General Council of the City Of Faduach:
Section I. That Riverside Hoq,ita2 is hereby placed under
the control and mana.�-,-ement of the joint Pospital Committee of the
General Council of the City of Faducah, and all matters pertailrT
thereto.

Section 2. The Joint Hospital Committee shall appoint in nn

with said Committee. Said physician shall hold office hereunder snbT

Section 3. Said Committee shall c-pyoint and employ P.

hold such appointment subject to removal at any time by said CommitteeI

payable in monthly installments.

mart and operation of said Hospital as may be deemed necessary for its
proper operation, not inconsistent with the charter or ordinances of
said city.
Section 5. Said Committee shall make a report to the Gener-
al Council at the end of each month shosorn the receipts arra dis-
burcments it said Hospital.
