It is hereby declared by the General Council of theCity of Paducah to be a necessity, in order to provide for the health, comfort and general welfare of said City and the citizens residing in said Sevier Zone 7-B, that a combined storm and sanitary sewer be constructed and laid oTit at the cost of the owners of nroperty end lots or parcels of pr,,,ind lenated therin, and benefitted thereby, and 9.11 lot F. or -parcels of ground located in said Zone 7-B are hereby declared to be the property benefitted and subject to assessment for the costs of such construction. NO. l 42 SECTIO14 3. Said sexier shall be constructed along and under the following named streets and alleys in said Sewer Zone 7-B, in the City of Paducah, Kentucl<y, to -Wit; On ,jac%non Street, from the manholes located at the center of the intersection of Twenty-first and Jackson Streets; and running thence in a westerly direction with.the center line of Jackson Street, crossing Twenty-third Street, twenty-fourth Street and Twenty-fifth Street, to the west nronerty l ne of Twenty-fifth Street, annroximately 1650 feet. SECTION 4. The cost of construction of said sevrea.,-sl a11. be npportioud against all the nronerty in said Sewer Zoite 7-13 as follows: First: All the lots or na.reels of gro,Dnd bounding or abutting on the above named streets along or under which said severs 4hall be constructed are hereby declared to be the property benefitted thereby, and said cost.shall he apportioned and assessed eoually against said abutting, lots or parcils of ground according to the number of abutting feet thereoji, provided the cost of sr,id aopstruction shall not exceed I $2.00 her �b uttirg foot. A blue print or plat sheering the boundary of Sevier Zone 7(mB, and showing by name, the street or streets embraced in said zones, and the lines and course, of the sewer to be constricted hereunder, is filed herewith and made nart hereof, marked Exhibit "A". And for additional information, said bLie print or plat will annear on file in the office of the City Engineer, and may be inspected at any time unon anplication at said office. SECTIOF' '7. The combined storm water and sanitary sevier line along said street, as herein provided, shall ]ave six-inch house connection service lines, ex%ending from said sewer lateral to the property line- of all prop- e,rty abutting or bounding on said street or sl;rcets, and said sewer shall bin constructed in such manner as to pronerly serve the rronertyl benefitted.
