A RMSOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BAUMER AVE.

JI OR "A" STREET, FROM THE. NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF WHEELER ADDITION TO
II THE WEST CURB LINE OF 16TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,

BY THE GRADING AND GRAVELING)OF SAME, TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY
MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SEVER PIPE CONNECTIONS, IN AC-
CORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE
CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING.PROPERTY OWNERS, AND
PROVIDING THAT THE COST OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION MAY BE PAID IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners, and is
deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity, that the streets des-
cribed in the caption, and hereinafter described, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of same,
together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer
pipe connections;N0W, "HEREFORE:

itBE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.

That Baumer Avenue or "A" Streets, from the north property
I� line of Wheeler Addition to the west curb line of 16th Street, in the
I' City of Paducah, nentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling
of same, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins
and sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations Provided therefor by the City Engineer, at the cost of the
abutting property owners, and providing that the cost of such con-
struction may be paid Sn`accordance with the pr8Visi0-n"06P the ten
year payment plan.
SECTI0N'2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
pursuant to this Resolution for the improvement hereinabove named.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
