A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT 26TH STREET, FROM BROADZAY TO JEFFERSON STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADTCAH, KENTUCKY, HAS HERETOFORE BEEN LAID OUT AND OPENED FOR (TSE FOR A STRE';:T, AND HAS BEEN USED AS SUCH BY THE PUBLIC FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS LAST PAST; AND ORDi:RING THAT THE DE- DICATION THEREOF BE NOW ACCEPTED BY THE CITY OF PAM CAH. WHEREAS, 26th Street, from Broadway to Jefferson Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, was laid off and opened to the public for use as a street and has been so opened, improved and used as such for more than five years last past, NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADJCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the dedication aforesaid of a6th Street, from Broadway to Jefferson Street, in the City of Paducah, be, and the same is, hereby accepted by said City. SECTION 2.
