4, A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS.
^\ JHERFAS, The Board of Trade of the City of Paducah, has induce
V the Tymo Utility Company to locate in the City of Paducah, and as an in-
ducement for the location of said plant at Paducah, Kentucky, it was
agreed between the Board of Trade and said Tymo Utility Company that it
would be exempted from the payment of Municipal Ad Valorem Taxes for a
period of five years, and as an inducement for said Tymo Utility Company
to locate at Paducah. Kentucky, NOW, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIT? BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF TITIE, CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1..
That the Tymo Utility Company be, and the same is hereby
exempted from the payment to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, of I+iunicipal
Ad Valorem Taxes for a period of five years from this date.
SECT IO14 2.
This Resolution shall take effect and. be in force from and
after its passage, record and publication. j

STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, A DISTANCE: OF APPROXITATEI;Y
r. 360 FEET.
WHEREAS, THERE has been a petition filed with the Board of
Commissioners by property owners, and responsible consumers, asking for
an extension of the water mains on South Twelfth Street, between Jones
Street and Tennessee Street, a distance of approximately 360 feet; and
there appearing to be at least three responsible consumers for every
300 feet of pipe extension thereon, who agree, in writing, to take, use
and pay for water at the established rates for a term of not less than
two years as soon as the mains are laid; NOW, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLV?.D BY THE BOARD OF COMI.`ISSIOnRS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah :dater Company be, and it is hereby authorized

and required to extend its water mine on South Twelfth Street, between
Jones Street and Tennessee Street, a distance of approximately 360 feet.
S;CTION 2.
That said extension of said crater mains shall be made immediate-
ly upon the adoption and publication of this Rosolution.
SECT ION 3.
This Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after its !
adoption, record and publication.
