FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEILRS.
;9HER_AS, The Board of 'Dade of the City of Paducah, has induced the
Paducah Tile and Iottery Company to locate in the City of Paducah, and as .
an inducement for the location of said plant at Paducah, Kentucky, it was ljl
ar:reed between the Board of 'Trade and said Paducah Tile and Pottery Com-
pany that it would be exempted from the payment of Nunicipal Ad Valorem
Taxes for a period of five years, and as an inducement for said Paducah
Tile and Pottery Company to locate at Paducah, Kentucky, NOW, THEREFORE-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COPrRdIMONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah Tile and Pottery Company be, and the same is
hereby exempted from the payment to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, of
Municipal Ad Valorem Taxes for a period of five years from this date.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, record and publication.
